I mean, yeah, it's kinda wishy washy. But it's also true. If people take off their fanboy goggles, both systems have some cool stuff going for them. I'll be buying Microsoft games on PC personally, but they are still getting some of my money.

That’s fine, there’s certainly nothing wrong with him having his own opinion. All I care about is for Microsoft to provide me with games that I want to play and a platform to play them on. As long as they keep doing that then I’ll keep buying their products.

The last 2 Xbox showcases this year were the worst gaming shows I've ever seen. Microsoft has literally nothing for this year or next. Halo is getting pushed to 2022. Forza is only in early development. Fable, Avowed and Hellblade 2 are years away.

There's absolutely no reason to buy an XSX in the next 2 years.

Yeah I'm not seeing a reason to buy a Series X at launch. At the same time, I probably won't be buying a PS5 at launch either, though I prefer their launch lineup. Miles Morales and Kena can wait until 2021-2022. Now if Demon's Souls and GT7 are launch titles, that could change my mind.

Yes. It's really not even close. The first KI was a good game for it's time, and a total graphical showcase, but the new one is just better in every possible way. I think I read a review that said it's as good as you remember the originals being, and that is a perfect description.

In a way the Dorito man speaks truth to the current perceived climate. MS gamepas is a great story when it comes to value. It is true however that its not Nintendo's gamepass or at worst playstation gamepass. Heck its not a day one correction of big hitters from 3rd party. Sometimes it the playstation traditional services that still the thunder. Unfortunately the current xbox still has to find that return to glory IPs for themselves. I'm sure fans will say otherwise but nintendo is always regarded as the best. Sony even with teh cinematic universe hits high. Everything becomes an event some even if the critics are not too high on. Youtubers and even prominent streamers make it an event. I think even uncle Phill will tell you there behind. MS right now has the value and power but has yet to demonstrate them. There building to something though so hopefully things will come together.

The kind of gaming he represents is mainstream blockbuster, which is such a small percentage of what gaming actually is today. I don't think any more of him than I do a bag of Doritos or a liter of Mountain Dew.

Miles Morales and DS Remake are launch games. Yet Sony has to announced launch list. On the other hand, XSX will have no 1st party titles at launch

Despite people have issues with Geoff Keighley, if you pay attention to what he's saying, he does bring up good points as to what's going on and he is the co-founder of VGA after all.

Game Pass with Xbox Play Anywhere is great and awesome for mostly PC gamers like myself, the Xbox console itself still missing AAA exclusives and its why Xbox consoles are always in last place but not trying to say Xbox consoles are the worst, just not aggressive as Sony/Nintendo combine cause both Sony/Nintendo have been pumping out more and more amazing exclusives but MS Xbox consoles are so far and between. Phil Spencer is still doing great for the company but he needs to be more aggressive and more competing at the same time. When Halo: Infinite got delayed, MS was really hoping it makes it on launch day but 343 really was lacking behind and while Covid-19 is a problem due to development time, its really clear MS isn't ready for prime time, I would at least delay the console if all possible and there's no shame of delaying stuff, it just shows you care about consumers and giving the fans a much better product.

"XSX the most powerful console ever," power is of course subjective. It is not all the be end for consoles and that has yet to be seen. Powerful console vs exclusive games goes a long way and while both Nintendo Switch & PS5 are less powerful compare to XSX, they both have what XSX doesn't have and that's awesome exclusive games. Gamers will be the judge as we get closer to next-gen console release.
