Curious...are there any sandbox games on Wii or PS3? Wait -- The Godfather...which is also on 360 -- which also has Saint's Row, Crackdown and GTA4.

I'm only not too sure regarding the PS3 edging the 360 at racing, that with Forza 2 and Dirt very close by.

Then again, I think that one is a very, very contested genre.
