Trenches look best to me, trashball looks plain ugly IMO.

The lighting and shadows may be the best on consoles.

Hotel and Sandbar look fun as hell to play on. The others are meh...especially Thrashball.

This looks really good but why is everything so empty, there really isnt that much going on on screen here. One thing about games like KZ2 is that it mantains imprssive graphics while having alot going on on the screen, but for what it's showing it looks good.

at this point tho the base graphics look better than UC3 to me.

Well sandbar pretty much curbstomps anyone that has been saying Gears of Gray 3 or insinuating that GEOW3 will have no color. Looks good, I just can't wait until I can get my hands on it and throw down with some buddies.

This looks really good but why is everything so empty, there really isnt that much going on on screen here. One thing about games like KZ2 is that it mantains imprssive graphics while having alot going on on the screen, but for what it's showing it looks good.

That's because its a custom bot match which only allows 1v1. In reality, if you want to push it up, play 4-player coop in horde mode and you'll have an ARMY to defend against. In addition, you can also do 5v5 player matches so there will be a lot going on. Just check this out

Not a chance. Dark Souls will own anything, especially Gears of War with prettier graphics. Dark Souls = Game of the Decade. You'll see.

Not a chance. Dark Souls will own anything, especially Gears of War with prettier graphics. Dark Souls = Game of the Decade. You'll see.

To each his own. I find it difficult to compare those 2 games. FYI prettier graphics =/= Quality game. Look at KZ3 for example, I found it to look amazing and play great, yet it felt short and unpolished, as if the graphics were given too much attention.

Yep you have it. Also XBL will have cloud storage too ( http://uk.gamespot.com/special_feature/xbox-live-fall-2011/image-feature/index.html?image=2 ). The PSN+ deals are replicated by XBL deals of the week. The temporary free game PSN+ occassionaly has is awesome though.

That Sandbar map looks like something straight out of Uncharted 1/2.

When I saw the caves and waterfalls (O_O) my jaw dropped.

Game just looks awesome. Can't wait.

Also the map Dry Dock looks Killzone 2 inspired (Industrial)with a warmer color palette like Uncharted 1/2. Interesting design choice.
