The one game that comes to mind is Persona 5. That’s probably because it took Altus forever to release it. Other than that, it’s become pretty rare to see a game come out complete. Am I rite, SW? Can you think of any examples?

Super Mario Odyssey is pretty complete. I mean it will probably have DLC but as it stands atm it is complete.
Nier Automata on PC... I mean it needed a patch, but you know, never got one. Great game though. Also no season pass to my knowledge.
MGS1, MGS2 and MGS3 come to mind!
But all of them had rereleases with new features.(MGS:Integral, MGS2:Substance,MGS3:Subsistance)
I don’t mind dlc myself however I do wish that games became a little less reliant on day one patches.
GTA V
Pokémon Ultra Sun/Moon
Event pokemon are technically DLC (it is free, so no complaints).
FFXII: The Zodiac Age, Infamous: Second Son but not 100% sure because I didn't have it day 1, Persona 5
GTAV, Star Ocean and Risen 3 remake on PS4 are the only ones that did not have patches.
GTAV does have large update, but it's purely for multiplay nonsense, so you can play the game without it.
Horizon Zero Dawn, Bloodborne, Uncharted 4, Dark Souls 3.
those games were complete games on release, and had proper expansion packs that added to the game.
