Gamepass is overrated

Because people are willing to pay for Sony's high quality games. No one was buying garbage like Quantum Break, Recore, Sunset Overdrive, etc. so Microsoft started giving them away with $1 trials.

$40 is pretty steep but at least I was able to experience it with GP. Some folks may purchase it after trying it out on GP.

I did purchase ReCore on Steam when it went sale after trying it out on GP years ago. By the way, I didn't know Tetris is on GP. I love Tetris games.

Then give it a go if you have GP. 😊

Game Pass is the primary way I consume games these days. If it isn't on Game Pass, there's a strong chance I am not interested.

I wish PSnow had day one AAA titles. Oh well, 70 bucks a game it is.

You can't produce a game in a year. MS spent a lot of the later half of last gen buying studios. They'll reap those benefits this gen.

PC has game pass and PS NOW. That would make it factually the best option

@sealionact: Yet Lems just bragged about getting old Bethesda games on Gamepass.

Lems brag about Gears 5 and Forza on GP. That "old" list of games is better than anything on or announced for Gamepass.

@Sagemode87: I hope you know you're going to be singing a different tune by the end of the summer. All of the Bethesda games are going to be exclusive with the game pass and if you've been keeping up with the news they have been going hard in the paint getting Square Enix jrpgs on the platform not to mention they're going to have all the same exact big third-party support that your beloved company of choice is getting. They have strengthened their first and second party Studios tenfold. And they are still going to be buying out companies because they have way more money than your beloved company. So you can put them down all you want it's not going to change the fact that game pass is going to be the number one service in the industry definitely by the end of this generation.

I agree. I got Game Pass Ultimate for $1 and I feel robbed. It is incredibly underwhelming on PC. On console it was more games, but only like 310 games. And there’s no streaming option so you’ll have to download each game before you start playing.
