Farcry New Dawn (Ubisoft) VS. Rage 2 (I.D. Software)

I don't really want to reward Ubisoft for reskinning a map and charging practically full price.

Rage 2 actually looks pretty fun, the first game was a right bore. My only worry is repetition and the games identity.

It sort of has that try hard Saints Row feel to it that been done to death. But that could just be misleading trailers.

yeah the facry game is just spinoff not a mainline game like 5 right? its a reskin etc

Farcry is trash to me

The only good Far Cry was the first one. Going full open world has sucked for the series and they get progressively worse with each new game.

Rage 1 sucked horribly. Rage 2 has a tiny chance of maybe being decent this time.

I pick Rage 2, but I still believe both will suck.

Both look like Borderlands with better graphics. But gameplay wise they are Borderlands clones.

Needs a neither option.

Far Cry 5 was great, but I feel it’s too soon to return so I’m skipping New Dawn. It’s the same map too so it may just feel like DLC. In fact, it sounds like it started out as dlc but someone uttered ‘hey, these overgrown flowers and plants around the houses feels like a new game - let’s market it as such instead!’

I skipped the whole Rage thing last gen and I haven’t looked into the sequel at all. I’ll probably skip the new one too unless I hear the multiplayer is fantastic.

Rage 2 by far.

it looks fun if nothing special. far cry on other hand looks terrible.

btw Doom developer are not making Rage 2. Just cause developers are making.

Rage 2 looks better but..... it's not on Steam so Far Cry New Dawn wins by default.
