Ps4 was estimated at 36 million at the time, giving Xbone 19 million sales. We also had a thread recently citing the Xbone at roughly 20 million sales, which would fall in line with predictions.

Well for starters, this is old news. The call being referenced is from January, and we even had a thread on it here so I don't know why the Guardian is just talking about it now

Given the recent hardware sales, the xboxone at about 20 million.
