EA E3 conference cancelled

Why can't EA, with all their money just make a good game? I don't get it. This hobby can't be that complicated. Don't rip people off and provide a decent product.... Gold!

Well, E3 is much more than just what we see but you are right, as a spectator, the press events are only really good when its a new console or there is a lot of secrets that have not been leaked or they have shown year after year. But E3 needs to figure out if they want to look at Gamescom and PAX and open it completely up to the public and then close the press events since they are pointless or if they want to close it completely down to anyone else than industry people like CES and CDC

I used to love E3 but last year and the year before was terrible, it was nothing but a disaster and even Sony bombed so bad that it´s no wonder they had to cancel this year, the aftermath of 2018 is still ringing in their ears. But this year, besides Microsoft no one else is left that is interesting, Bethesda can´t show anything that will make them come back from the absolute disaster that was Fallout 76.

@Jacanuk: Last year was really disappointing. MS press conference was slightly better then Sony but this isn't saying much. I don't expect this year to be any different but I'll still watch it though.

Sony was saved by Bethesda, and everyone else than Microsoft, being beyond poor.

The first year in a long time I was actually more entertained by Microsofts than Sonys. But this year will be so strange, they can have it done on the first pre-show day, but I think Microsoft with all their studios purchased this year will show a few good surprises.
