E3- what Movie game from MS are you hoping to be announced?

Fable reboot would be sweet.

Halo and Fable, Halo so they finish the story line and can do some spin-off's, Fable cause its a great game, Legends was terrible and played for 30 minutes before switching it off. I'm so glad they canceled it. I also wouldn't mind a new ip or 2

Save the movie games for Sony, no matter how many cows try and change the movie game narrative they are pretty much a PS4 exclusive genre.

Not necessarily. God of War was pretty much a dead franchise until it was rebooted. That worked out ok.

I expect a new Halo to be announced in some capacity so I'm going for the Fable reboot loved the series since the original on xbox.

Yes it does...... God Of War wasn't a done to death, dead franchise before it was rebooted and people wasn't sick of the franchise.

People/companies need to learn to let franchises die........ Not just Microsoft but Sony and Nintendo too.....

Before you know it we'll be on Gran Turismo 12, Halo 20 and the 73rd Mario game.

@scatteh316: there have been more god of war games in the last 11 years since its release than gears.

Well considering God Of War was first released a generation earlier I'm not surprised.

Gears of war:

4x Games on 360

1x Games on Xbone

First game released in 2006 so that's game every 2.4 years on average.

God Of War:

2x Games on PS2

2x Games on PS3

1x Games on PS4

First released in 2005 so that's one game every 2.6 years.

Obviously it gets higher if you factor in mobile releases but as Microsoft don't have a mobile device I've left those out.

I've also not included remasters for both franchises as they're not really main releases.

And in terms of main franchise releases there's actually been more Gears games released since it started then God Of War

Starting the list in 2006 when Gears started reduces God of war to 4 major releases and a game every 3 years

Forza and Halo are even worse as Gears is Microsoft's best IP in terms of not being milked to death.

I enjoyed the 2 FPS halo spin offs reach is my 2nd fav in the series behind 3 ODST is still a brilliant game in its own right. I just don't enjoy the halo wars RTS series. Hoping they don't release a gears rts judgement 2 over that.

I think the gears franchise could do well with a reboot.

If Gears gets a reboot and more along the veins of UC/TLOU/GOW 2018 that isn't heavy as a gaas, I'm definitely getting an XB2 if they still have B/C.

Any game you don't like sucks doesn't it. We should all just play the 12 games you like and be done with it.

But I can't think of a single Microsoft Studio I would trust with such a task.

The simple fact some gamers call walking simulators to story driven games, these days, is ridiculous! You can think those games are crap, no problem but try playing ‘The Last of Us’ on “survivor” and see how far you get watching that “movie” lol.

It's just as silly as people going on about "Interactive movies" when the only difference between a video game and a movie is that with a video game you're holding a controller and manipulating the characters on the screen, so all video games are interactive movies.

And it should be noted Quantum Break was trying to be an interactive movie but i however happen to like that game coming from MS and not Sony.

A Fable reboot would be great! I played long hours with that game, good old times. Maybe I should reinstall it. We need more games with 50+ hours more campaigns.. Those were the days :)

I enjoyed Halo the movie, Halo 2 the movie, Halo 3 the movie, Halo Reach the movie, Halo ODST the movie and Halo 4 the movie.

So I'll vote for Halo 6 the movie. Halo series have the best scifi action movies in them for sure.

Fable was such an ambitious project they might not have delivered on everything promised but it was still a great playthrough. I must have put 80 hours into fable 2 might start up the series again. Please announce 4 ms.

Honestly all 4 of those need to get announced this E3. Microsoft will keep losing buyers to Sony if they don't step it up

They obviously aren't THAT boring, lol, since they outsell every MS exclusive on a consistent basis and the reason why PS4 has 80+ Million consoles sold and Xbox One is hovering around 30 Mill since people would rather play those "Sony movie games" :P

Yeah, just because YOU'RE a lemming who likes any low quality product MS puts out, don't mistake your limited view to actually matter in the grand scheme of things.

The only game MS has produced this generation that can stand along side Sony's top exclusives this gen is Forza Horizon 3.

The games most people are actually excited see? It's a large majority...

Titles which can honestly not be called movie games that people are excited to see E3.

This isn't a full list or anything just going with games off the top of my head most people talk about being excited to see. All games listed will probably be great, but the one's that can be argued belong to the "movie game" category clearly out number the ones that some could say aren't.

You know the term 'movie game' was just something that was made up to annoy Sony fans. It's just SW drivel that nobody actually believes.

No, some of the people using this actually believe it especially some hardcore PC guys.

I know most of the users who bring it up are envious of Sony's AAA library and use it as a way to undermine all their games, but there is a section of gamers who do consider "movie games" a thing...those users however don't solely focus on "Sony games" when making that argument.

I see it caught someone elses attention. Yes that game looked excellent reminded me of a Genesis favorite "Flash Back".

it's the indie AAA version of something like Cyberpunk 2077.

I think it's going to get a release date at this years E3. It was the best looking game I saw at MS's conference last year. MS should buy that dev while they have a chance.

Cyberpunk, Rage, Metro, Anthem, Red Dead, BGE movie games? I can't believe someone is so far up Sony's a$$ that it will label every game with cutscenes to defend his overlord. And no Remedy's past games weren't movie games apart from QB.

Gears of Halo Horizon. Marcus and Master Chief go on a road trip to Australia. So much emotional storytelling as this two veterans share memories of past glories. Also some hardcore butt sex involved.

Quantum Break 2 is the only one that perhaps, maybe, could be in the poll as movie game but then when announced at E3 that it will not include the TV episodes found in QB1, whelp the poll goes down to zero movie games for X1. :P
