Nioh which is flyo versus Bloodborne combat.
I love the Souls games, but there isn't one thing Nioh's combat mechanics don't do better, and on top of that there is more to it. Bloodborne's advantages are in its level design n quantity of enemies in its roster, and the former I think is debatable as it pertains to gameplay so far. Souls games certainly have more atmosphere and more reason to explore, but the part of the level design loop that is the action, Nioh is hardly playing 2nd fiddle.
The lone blemish is that they made the kurasagami or whatever a cheese weapon, but I mean fucking Demon's Souls has the royal class n Dark Souls had pyros. The way I see it, it's just built in easy mode if you really need to use the kurasagami whatever the **** those are called.
