That NFS trailer was cool but I hope that wasn't the whole experience, I mean are we gonna get a cinematic set piece every 30 seconds? and are we gonna get a slow motion for every single car that we take outta the road? C'mon, where's the player agency goddamnit
I know everyone is going to say I'm a hater for mentioning this. Idgaf. Did anyone else notice that if the jerseys are not in direct light that the meshing gets crushed by shaders? Honestly, I'm not even blaming scorpio for this one. AMD's color engine, EA's color engine, or the scaling is causing this. I was not prepared for literally the first glimpse of scorpio real-time footage to have that bad IQ. . . Even MS should have stepped in and kaboshed that shit show.
Like, one second they were showing this impressive texturing on the jersey from like two feet away and then in seconds it turned into a black-crush festival.

Too Fast Too Furious
My grandmother died today. RIP
Adam West also died. RIP
Sorry to hear that bro, you have my condolence
Wow you guys are so picky. A Way Out alone was worth it. Quality over Quantity.
The game looks good. It has a great thing going on but you have to play it with someone. The story looks interesting too.
THE KING OF FIGHTERS XIV very nub friendly. Dated as heck looking though, apparently they were originally going to use the Unreal Engine but went with an in house one. Oh well, at least it runs great regardless of how much down-sampling or AA you throw at it.

is there much jiggle with that engine
There wasn't one good bit of gameplay footage during EA's thing from the little snippets I'm seeing. Even that way out footage, like congrats, that's a concept, as a game it's gonna be what? A whole lot of subdued walking, simple as **** shooting mechanics, maybe some light stealth. But it's broop?
@ConanTheStoner: Not nearly as much as I would have liked. I'm getting my mojo back with Jin and just starting to refigure out Asuka. I just started a new second job and I'm figuring out that work life balance for the moment.

As soon as a girl attempts to blink you're guaranteed and a tremor.
@jg4xchamp: I hope it's more than that because as far as concepts go, it sounds rather interesting. :/
I really hope the gameplay scenarios have some nuance to them. I think it's going to depend less on the situational depth for one player and more about the level of communication required to overcome a challenge, at least for me.
Fingers crossed!
Brothers developer.
That game should have challenged co-ordination and cohesion to make what it was doing more enjoyable or interesting, but it didnt. Game just ended up being some shallow adventure game revolving around singular interactions.
@illmatic87: That stinks because that was the main concern I took from the footage of A Way Out. It looked like pockets of actually cooperation.
Anybet this game will be crucified by the same people that are hyping A Way Out once it announces its price tag and people discover its game length.
Deus Ex Mankind Divided is so damn underrated. Too bad, people dismissed the game for microtransactions that I didn't even notice until I read comments complaining about that stuff.
@illmatic87: Ah sorry! Now I follow you.
So far it's the most interesting game I've seen at E3 for me. I really do hope it's a co-op game designed around communication. There aren't enough well designed 2-player co-op adventures lately. I have my worries from the game-play snippets that we saw though. There seemed to be quite a bit of activity where one player was playing their own game while the other was doing something else and neither activity seemed to contribute to the other's experience in a meaningful way.
So far, it looks less like a co-op adventure designed around communication and more like two different single-player experiences running simultaneously, occasionally crossing paths. It's still interesting to see more games designed around 2-players. I just hope that's what it actually turns out to be.
Brigador better be good mems.
About to boot it up. I have no idea what this game is even about other than it has robots lol.
EDIT: WHY IS THE MOVEMENT IN GAME SO SLOW MEMS.
Still, they include everything but Journey mode, but who plays sports games for the story?
The real question is: who would want to play that kind of sports games on the Switch? Yeah, nobody. But sure, having less content is awesome, right? That's a rabid Nintendo fanboy for you.
I really like what I'm seeing from Battlefront 2. Totally getting that game on launch day and what a way to celebrate Episode 8 to go with it this Christmas release.
I really don't care about this game , the market is saturated with all kind of great shooter games and I ain't gonna make my backlog heavier with annual titles like this
@Maroxad: An online friend of mine told me Dies Irae VN is good as well. I haven't played read it so I don't know if the novel is written really good or not.
I dont have an xbox but im excited for their show. Most of the games will be on ps4 too, and I will miss the sony show due to time

Who plays sports games for their story mode? No, that's not me being a fanboy, that's me being realistic! The Switch is selling hot now, and having a Soccer game for the European market is needed, especially in the Japanese market.

It's the Star Wars fan that get's the better of me I supposed.
Was playing Bayonetta.
Was playing it like whatever. But then I was getting OCD about the game. First it was resetting the chapter if I took damage. Then resetting if I wasnt happy with just one section. Then it got to the point where I was resetting maybe the early fight if I dropped a combo because I discovered dodge offsetting.
Uninstalled.

I am like that with Fire Emblem games. Completely ruins the fun of it. Got to let up, if you can manage.
Because it kills my fun it sometimes helps me to think 'the goal is rather to have perfect fun, not a perfect run'. Trying to do things perfectly in the game, means I am playing far from perfect because the goal is to entertain me. And that doesn't entertain me, it frustrates me. For Fire Emblem it was too late XD but sometimes it helps me.

Treat the first entire play through as the tutorial. Do that kind of OCD thing later.
I'm not sure if I am feeling hot for Battlefront 2.
Maybe I just really want Imperial Commando already.
I want a new Rogue Squadron game....
