Nintendo's portable service has been out for exactly one year now, but with the announcement of the 3DS and the lack of transferring DSiWare games to the new XL, it hasn't been a popular feature. Not only are most SW goers ignoring it or bashing it, but Gamespot has neglected to review nearly all of its major titles, including the likes of Mario and Dragon Quest.
The breakdown looks rather depressing.
On Gamespot...
5 games, or .03%, of the DSiWare's 150+ library, has been reviewed
1% of titles in the DS' Top 100 are DSiWare games
0 AAAE
1 AAE (Dark Void Zero)
2 AE (Art S t y l e: BOXLIFE, Art S t y l e: AQUIA)

Is Nintendo really that bad at supplying its own service with decent games?
Not quite. A look at Metacritic tells us a slightly different story.

Clearly DSiWare games will always account for a small percentage of good DS games, but the number is growing. And while less than 8% of its games can even get a 70 aggregate score, it's partially because of the lack of reviews -- games like Pinball Pulse and Bomberman Blitz, with more hype, would probably be considered good overall.
You have the numbers, and you can look up the games. Point of the thread:
Has DSiWare/Nintendo delivered in DSiWare's first year?
