DriveClub Official Hype Thread - GS Review 5.0

Finally.

A first from me. Hopefully it's up to SW standards.

I'm only hyped to A, but hopefully it will be better than that.

I went AA because, I don't know.

A because long delay.

I hope people don't play it too safe because of FH2's score...

probably a 7 but i could see it getting an 8

of course cows are all gonna vote A though because they're wusses and dont want to get owned again.

So the hype is a 7

AA because it would be disingenuous of me to say A so it will meet hype. The game has had 9 years, an 8 is the least it could do.

This,. Sony 1st party games always score 8- to the max, at least thats what i get from cows.

Definitely a 7. It's a yet unproven IP from ex motorstorm devs. It's beautiful to look at but I'm not expecting much.

LOL 7/10 hype, not even cows have any faith in PS4s biggest exclusive this holiday.

@RR360DD: What makes you so sure all the 7/10 voters are cows? Don't cows overhype every little thing that's even remotely exclusive to Playstation?

Hyping it a 7 now? Bit of a cop out.

Yet I've seen them care enough to blast games for not being 9's or 10's.

Doesn't matter if it's Driveclub or some other game.

Looks good, needs some AA and the tracks don't look as good as the press releases. I do however feel still images probably won't do the game justice since you're not exactly meant to stop and admire the details.

Prob get 7 but I voted 8. Only thing that will drag it down is lack of content

No way it gets AAA. That would put it on the same level as some Xbox One exclusives. Reality is it is not in the realm plus PS4 has a AAA curse. Nuff said.

October 7? Wow, thought the release was much later.

Anyways, I think this game not being a full on sim will set it apart. Not all driving games need to strive for this.

7/10. I believe the small list of cars and tracks compared to the competition will hurt it.

Its on PSN+ this month so its worth a punt.
