As for the health concerns many straight people engage in anal sex and many gay people do not have anal sex. So what you said has absolutely nothing to do with homosexuality. If you don't like anal sex, ok. But why does that effect your view on gays?

Personally (as a homosexual) I find the sex scenes in Dragon Age to be embarrassingly bad. Taking them out, not because being a "gay" is bad is offensive, but because they are fucking awful, seems like a more legit reason.

That reminds me of that 'it's not natural' argument people sometimes make. You even see it on medicine and food these days. Contains natural products, or contains something naturally present in your body. Like that makes it less dangerous or more healthy. If you have too much of something in your body, be it natural or otherwise, that is a problem. And a natural product can mean anything. You can have water with donkey piss in it and you can call that water extremely natural. Or those people who said "you shouldn't drink milk because that is not natural". Good times.
