DOOM 3 on OG XBOX

Still to this day shows a system being used to full potential.. that game should never have even ran on it.. but damn it did, smoothly and looked great for the time too.

Agreed. Hoping rumors of the entire Xbox library being playable on scorpio to be true. I'd still fire up Butcher bay. Great game.

It's awesome on XBOX and PC.

Its been said that it will be BC with 360 from start but OG Xbox is a rumor. But seeing as MS' thing is gamers should only have to buy once and games go forward with them, I'm hopeful.

Doom 3 was my first ever playing Doom series on Xbox and not only that, the visuals & graphics were amazing on Xbox but nowadays, I can see why everyone didn't like Doom 3 but I still find my way to enjoy it. Doom 2016 is were it's at.

I still buy OG Xbox games. I just picked up Arx Fatalis today for $10. I'm not a fan of the 360 or One but I love the original Xbox. So many great exclusives and superior multiplats from that gen.

It was a great port indeed. I was kinda bummed that they didn't include the Xbox version's co-op in the BFG Edition.

Anything can run on something when its downgraded in almost every respect from resolution,lighting, bump mapping,detail and levels. the levels were chopped up into pieces or totally missing from full version.

Sort of true and not true at the same time, even the Wii had downgraded versions of OG XBOX ports.

Doom 3, Riddick, Black, all pushed that console to pretty high lengths.

Ninja Gaiden Black was my favourite OG Xbox game.

The problem is, developers these days are lazy. Back in the good ol days, developers were excited to program for a new console, which is why they were able to fully harness the power of the Xbox OG. Now if developers these days would get off their lazy butts and actually harness 100% of The Cell, PS3 might be able to play some games in 4K and run with the latest i7 processors.

That chart only shows how much of the PS3's power has been accessed up to this point.

It's too bad that the 360 was so much lamer than the original xbox.

This game is BC on Xbox one.. the BFG edition and it has to be the disc.

I enjoyed it.. felt different from other DOOMs

Halo:CE, NG black, Crimson skies OG Xbox was a great machine
