Do you think there should be more racing games?

There's not that many coming out this year that I'm interested in. I can only think of 3 of them that are already out/coming out this year.

This. Although I would like to see some more racers like Need For Speed Underground 2 and F-Zero GX and such. less FPS games, because most of them suck anyways. I mean do these devs really think they are going to get anywhere against the big dogs? They would be smarter if they just did their own thing.

I hope its a bit less fake feeling and the tricks are worked on. Basically keep it crazy like it is, but tune it and make the tricks a bit more like Rush.

Could always use more racers and platformers or adventure games. We should replace all the upcoming JRPG's and strategy games for more racers and adventure games. And more options for sports games.

There really is no demand for racing games with respect to sales. Sales are what determines demand for a particular genre. As we have seen for years, FPS have become saturated among the market because they have the most sales

Whilst there certainly has been racing games this gen it has paled completely when compared to the previous ps2/XB gen when racing games ruled the roost.

I've been keeping an eye on NFS: On the Run. I didn't know that Ridge Racer: Unbounded was coming out. I forgot how Dirt 3 and TDU2 did earlier this year.

I just want me some next-gen Road Rash. Racing really focuses a lot on realism, I just would like to be able to have fun.

There should be more crazy racing games like 4d sports driving and trackmania.
