Beyond Good and Evil, if it can be considered a series. Psychonauts. I own that one too. And possibly Rayman, despite it selling very well, but it's not quite as much of a hit in America as it is in Europe. I've been into Rayman ever since the original 2D game on PC/PS/Saturn/Jaguar.
A series which seems to have died of, a series which Halo took many of its idea of, yet still is not as good. The series known as Tribes (specifically the 1st one and the 2nd one, great MP, lacked MP, the 3rd one, SP better than Halo imo, but MP worse than the 1st 2) Anyway too bad it was not as popular, albeit still on GS's Greatest games list.
Baten Kaitos...well I say series but since I'm in Europe 'Origins' was never released. :cry:
I really love F-Zero too, I know its not the most obscure series but it is still under-appreciated by most. The finest series of racing games in my eyes.

It's still very popular here. I like GTA. Just because people say its for casuals doesn't mean it is not appreciated.
