Do you have an instant system selling exlusive?

IE: A game that would cause you to run out and buy a console instantaneously, regardless of the existence of any other exclusives you cared about. Assume a console price of $399 USD.

For me, it would have to be Final Fantasy Tactics 2. A true sequel, on modern hardware, with improvements to the battle system, job system, and late game balance (looking at you calculators and Holy swordsman).

Edit: for the console fans, feel free to list a game which, if it existed on PC, you'd strongly consider buying/building at least a mid range PC just to play it.

Skies of Arcadia 2 I would buy a new Sega console just to play it.

Forza 8/ Forza Horizon 5 which is why i'm buying the next gen Xbox

I need 3 games I want and I buy the console. Xbox One did it this generation while the ps4 and Switch have not.

Forza, Halo, Titanfall. While Halo and Titanfall weren’t launch titles, I knew they were coming so it made me confident to buy the system day One. The ps4 has no exclusives I’d buy and the Switch has one - Mario Odyssey. Next gen is shaping up to be similar.

Ill be getting the next xbox for Halo so ill be getting that shortly after launch. Ill get the PS5 shortly after launch if HZD2 os a launch title.

Yes, but why name them, in the end I always get an Xbox, PlayStation, whatever Nintendo thingy, games that sell me really only change when I might get the console. Plus, as much as I might love a game, I'd ask myself would I buy that Google piece of shit to play it if the series went exclusive to it, and answer is no.

Nahhh. Not for one game. For that kinda stuff I just wait and see if the console is worth it after a year and wait for price drops both on the console and the game.

For Sony it would be God of War. I didn't play the first 2 but I played 3 when I got a ps4 and was hooked. Loved the both of them.

Only bought a switch for Zelda/MP, then gave it to my little one (almost 4) afterwards. She loves the thing and there's a lot of great games, she can play.

I've got a PC to save money in the long run on games but with gamepass/Denovo, I might just go back to console.

I'm interested in a switch for Pokemon and astral chain.

No, I haven’t for many years. Last game I can recall being a drop everything, rush out and buy what you need type of game was 2007’s Halo 3. After playing it the hype was clearly manufactured, but only a handful of games have had that kind of hype prior to release; most games collect the must-play hype after reviews start surfacing.

Only Footballl Manager, 90% of gaming is on that game so if for some reason it went exclusive to a certain system, id buy that system.
