I was looking at the new trailer and the online looks amazing, using the vehicle modes to destroy enemys looks really fun, and also remnant of twisted metal and warhawk. So are they stealing a possible twisted metal PS3 titles thunder, before it's even announced?

Hmm... Not sure. It's possible depending on the individual gamer. Personally, it hasn't stolen any potential thunder for me :D :P.

Me and Twisted Metal Go way back. It was the first game I got with my PSOne (along with NBA Jam Xtreme!).

Just because Transformers have car modes doesn't make them as badass as some of the Twisted Metal cast, so no, not really imo.

It all comes down to the developers.

TM has the amazing Jaffe on it (TM1, TM2, TM:Black, God of War!!), I don't know who's making this Transformers game, but I've played every console transformers game available in the last decade, and I'm not impressed.

Good luck to Transformers, I say.

Yeah...I agree...

If Transformers had Jaffe working on its development front, then maybe.

As of now, Transformers games have always pretty much sucked.

The lack of a Twisted Metal game in years would be hurting them the most.
