Does it bother lems that the game Sony has hardly talked about looks more promising than Microsoft's "breath of the wild" Crackdown 3?

The game looks pretty good. Not sure why they went with another zombie game, but hopefully the story has a twist or something different to it. That last trailer for it looks way better than the first one... More polished for sure.

Ohh look another crackdown thread from a cow.... just stop, no matter how much you try you can’t artificially hype this game so you can gloat when it will fail... I know it suck, you know it, ms knows and hell even the devs doesn’t sound that impressed with their game!

@joshrmeyer: The studio probably really wanted to make a zombie game. I personally don't think it's an exciting genre but if they want to do it then more power to em!

@XVision84: if there's a survival mode where 100's of freakers are coming at ya, and you get to use grenades or landmines etc, that be cool. Sorta like how that metal gear game was suppose to be. The last zombie type game I played was TLOU, so I'm not burnt out yet. Just odd with TLOU2 coming out soon as well.

This game made a 360 in a matter of a year. I'm actually starting to think it could score a 9/10.

@joshrmeyer: I'm not burnt out on it but after seeing movies/games/shows with zombies lately it doesn't excite me anymore. The horde system looks awesome though and I agree that it does look strange releasing this close to TLOU2. Days Gone is coming first though and I have no doubt TLOU2 will have no trouble selling big.

That's the standard Sony fans place on their PS4 exclusives.

Ironically, xbox fans actually think Crackdown 3 is a 7 or 8 quality title.

It really shows the difference in standards and expectations between these 2 fan bases.

If Days Gone was an xbox exclusive Xbox fans would celebrate it the greatest action game in gaming history, AAAA 10/10 GS and GOTY on lock. If Crackdown 3 was a PS4 exclusive, Sony fans would simply disown it and never speak to justify it or try to defend it.

OT: I'm gonna say an 8. The game has come a long way, and only the fps and certain janky animations concern me.

It's funny how the hype for both Days Gone and Crackdown 3 are literally the same between the xbox and Playstation fan bases, but the quality between these titles are an ocean apart.

Never understood the Days Gone hate, if you don't like another zombie game, don't buy it.

The last zombie game I played was Dying Light and that seems ages ago. Bring it on!

Looks a hell of a lot better than the last trailer. Looks to be shaping up like a metacritic 80.

I was interested in it at announcement, then not, now I’m interested again.

Clearing “nests” of zombies seems interesting.

That was my thinking not sure it's worth buying a PS4 for but definitely worth a play through.

I'm saying 30, with dips to 25 or so. There were notable dips, and it's one of my concerns... They didn't seem like heavy-duty areas. That being said, it's hard not to see that Bend have made significant improvements.

They said in previous interviews that they'd look into it, but I'm not sure if it's a confirmed feature.

It looks pretty boring to me and the fact the actor from Force Unleashed is the protagonist REALLY did it in, way too pretty to be a biker. It had potential if it was some BOTW type exploration game in the apocalypse but it just reminds me of games I don't like (Uncharted) with the ever flowing deluge of enemies I'm forced to kill. I'll pass on it. Crackdown can't really come near the unexpected pleasure of the first one and probably should've been left to die

Running at a decent framerate was one of the games biggest problems.

It'll be 30 with some drops.

The jaguar cores are going to be dying trying to handle all of those zombies on the screen at one time.

Framerate was a valid criticism when it was first shown and it will still be at launch, though it does seem much improved.

30fps with drops is really rough. It's especially jarring going from 144fps PC to 30fps PS4, hopefully it's manageable by launch.

It looks meh to be honest. Both Crackdown and Days Gone are meh at this point but at least Crackdown has online. I heard Daybreak offered to make online version for the game and Sony refused. The game could have some fame if it had that.

There's a hype thread stickied at the top of the page. and multiple other threads spread out where a few people posted prediction scores.

Honestly I'm surprised any xbox fans think Crackdown 3 is worth a 7. I've seen multiple 7s and a couple of 8's.

The fact that anyone would think Crackdown 3 could get an AA score says all that needs to be said about the quality expectations of xbox fans.

It looked rough at first, but the delays appear to be worth it. This game will score no less than an 8, but might actually get a 9. Who would have thought.

personally I voted Days Gone a 6.0 at first but after the recent improvement I bumped it to 7.0 with a possibility of 8.0.

Trust me, I am much more critical of Sony games than I am of MS games despite my antics with Crackdown 3.

I'm not really even being mean to Crackdown 3, it's just really is a extra shitty effort by MS on a game they lied to people about since the beginning of the generation.
