I keep thinking about this whenever I see that:

Wouldn't be that surprising if some of the inspiration for the souls games were from Berserk through.

There is a LOT of stuff lifted straight or at least inspired by Berserk for Dark Souls. Not a bad thing though

Definitely not a bad thing, and I had wanted to get into Demon Souls mostly because the atmopshere and setting reminded me of Berserk. Such a awesome series that sadly in a sad state nowadays.

 

Hopefully this is just the NA version. :(

Cool box art, wish i could get into the series but i just dont have fun playing it =(

Seen it as the PC version before and I think it's just a placeholder or fan made thing

Seen this posted on Neogaf for a while now, and it's floating around the souls commity sites. I like this a lot, probably change near release.

It looks fine. It looks like good quality video game box art. I don't expect a portrait of unbounded majesty on the front of my game case.

I think it's a little early for there to be a final boxart for the game...

lol that's what I thought...Japan always gets the best box art for Souls.

Boring and dulll, a desaturated mess. It's obviously just a placeholder.

Too bad the series sucks. So does this box art. Really, who cares about box art? Just make your own online.

Playing dark souls with anything but a pad is doing it wrong anyway. kb/m doesn't feel right for a game like this
