Its been a year since his last video lol, welcome back!
Update:
Forbes article on this:

Holy crap it's 40 minutes long. Gonna have to delay watching this until my next "Warframe & Podcast" session.
Really liked his Todd Howard/Fallout 76 video, so looking forward to this.
the hate hyberbole continues.
meanwhile I finished and largely enjoyed my 60 hour playthrough a week ago.
look forward to replaying it in a while when its been patched and my PC has been upgraded (it'll be an interesting race to see which comes first, GPU availability or Cyberpunk being mostly fixed).
@mrbojangles25: I'm with ya, but the mob has spoken my friend. The scandal (which is legit, mind you) has blocked any hope of enjoyment for handfuls - literally HANDFULS* - of the SW elite.
Thankfully, I'm capable of enjoying a game regardless of how many times I'm informed I'm wrong to do so.
Mind you, the lies and withheld content are a genuine problem, but I'm having more fun with it than most open world games by a long shot even being a hot mess.
*a number so vast there's no more precise way to count them
*meekly raises hand*
...but it's actually not a bad game.
Yeah, probably not, and I'm still looking forward to playing it when the January patch hits, and I'll probably enjoy it.
I'm just not so self-serious about my opinions that I can't laugh at games I like every once in a while. I think Warframe, and the array of YouTubers who constantly make fun of its flaws, might have taught me that.
Worst game of 2020 and I though Avengers was this bad.
while people like to shit on cp for being buggy, its still a decent game, unlike Avengers.
@with_teeth26: yeah I'm heading into the final mission sequence now I believe at a little over 70 hours. Excited to get the finale. I look forward to replaying it in 6 months or so after some more major patches and whatever content they add, with a new build (this time I was male street hacker tech nut, next time I'll be spicy corpo female ninja). All I can say is you usually can't pay me to replay an open world game like this, even when I did enjoy my time with it overall, so it struck a chord with me for one reason or another - hairy warts and all

definitely. I tried going back to finish AC Valhalla after finishing Cyberpunk and it just felt flat and empty in comparison. and I was having a pretty good time with it before 2077
I got about halfway through act 2, but I've started the game over since the I was lucky enough to score a Series X with a copy of the game. It definitely plays better there than on the last gen systems bugs and all, but it shouldn't have been released in the state it was to begin with.
Least I got a new system finally. Loved my PS4--still do--but it was on its last legs.

Did you see the lego city (wiiU) having better driving AI than cyberpunk 2077 the cars went around a parked vehicle in cyberpunk all the cars stayed in place.
I've played over 100 Hrs and beat the game last night.
In those 100 hrs, I got a lot of enjoyment out of it and would play it again after it has been patched. I hope they live up to their previous promises about the AI, cop system, and dynamic quests. I do feel like I was a bit conned with what was promised. It doesn't feel like $300 million dollar game.
CP is only a bad game, and buggy if you try playing that next gen title on last gen hardware. Even the PS4 version, played on the PS5 runs quite well. And of course the PC version runs very well. It's not a bad game, certainly not if you can get past Keanu Reeves shitty acting.
@ProtossRushX: so? Lot's of games do lots of things better than other games. The AI in CP sucks. In fact it has lots of issues. Doesn't change the fact that it has wound up being one of my favorite games in recent years. I can't say why, exactly - just the right combo of stuff.
I genuinely don't care what any of any of the posts or videos y'all have been sharing on here say. You know why? Because I've actually played it. For 70 hours. So I'm PREEEETTTTYYYY sure I can make up my own mind. You can wave a sheet of paper with both "objective" and "subjective" issues in front of my face all you want, but I like it.
I don't know if I'm gonna finish the video, since I found this game unexciting looking even before it came out. I laughed at the Casino moment at 3:57.
Play it on a not-potato and find out if the game is good or not.
I've been saying, this game is not a masterpiece, but it's not the worst thing that has ever come out.
People who are saying this is the worst game ever, ****, y'all just blind and stupid at this point.

Ahhhhh we're having a bit of progress here. Slowly but surely.
Lol, so even William Gibson doesn't think it's cyberpunk. Have I won yet?
"The trailer for Cyberpunk 2077 strikes me as GTA skinned-over with a generic 80s retro-future, but hey, that's just me."
Never heard of him, basically a nobody who has an opinion, ok.
I just finished watching it. He doesn't give any opinion or say anything. He uses his own in-game footage, articles, interviews and media footage to tell a narrative.
Who?
jk, being on SW probably means you can use Google. Amazing.
Would watch, but already seen enough of a game I haven't played. I get that it's easy to make just about any game look bad. Show the worst of the worst moments, show clips out of context, etc. But yeah, some of this CP stuff is damning no matter how you slice it. Not even the bugs, but the incomplete systems. Gamer hyperbole is one thing, but these guys are bringing receipts.
Seen so much of the negative wave, kinda interested in the flip side. Those who dig the game, what is that hooked you? The gameplay? The world? The story?
Oh wow, record 10+ hours of gameplay and then slice together glitches making it look like consecutive events. I only watched 5 minutes of the video but that is what I came away with. I have played CP2077 for 65 hours now and I have had no one strike a T pose and one event of a car being half-way disappeared in the road. I am pretty sure if I played on Max setting I might’ve had more problems, but I’m playing on what compares to average settings.

What I liked about CP is the world. It is pretty big, you can go into parking garages on different height levels. There are quite a few buildings to go into, once again with different floors. I like the Sci-fi setting. The gameplay is alright, the gory kills are alright. After 60 hours I got bored, still playing it, and it is a quick loading game so it is good for short play sessions. After 65 hours I was getting bored of doing missions in the city, so I checked out the desert and the game was fun again. 65 hours and I am about 6 quests in the main story. I have been mainly doing side quests/events and crafting and making money crafting. I also like the difficulty.
I like CP a lot my favorite game of last generation on consoles.

Graphics, for one. Main and side characters are also well-fleshed out, animated extremely well and most of the voice acting is pretty good. Story, while kinda cookie-cutter, is presented well enough that it hooked me until the end. Even though the 3 origin stories aren't really that used much, the side dialogue you use on them characterizes V in a sense.
As for combat, it just reminds me of like a lite-DOOM game... double jumping, headshotting and power fantasy stuff.
But all-in-all, I dunno. Game just felt good to me the more I play.

Damn, high praise.
Yeah I can see digging the world. That's the one aspect of the game that does interest me. Never cared for CDPR gameplay and what I've seen of CP isn't winning me over. And game stories just don't engage me like they used to. But the world looks damn impressive at times. Same reason I used to pick up R* games, just to check out what is a technically impressive achievement in gaming.
I'll probably give it a go once it's "complete", maybe later this year or early next year.
@jasonofa36:
I get you, yeah suppose graphics would go along with wanting to check out the world. Another reason for me to kick this can down the road, will have an even better GPU by then.
Either way, will check out eventually. Game can only get better. And aside from what I mentioned in the post above, CP feels like an industry event for better or worse. 😂
Need to see what all the fuss is about.
@ConanTheStoner:
Yep, guess it's better if you wait at this point. Or maybe wait until all the DLCs come out ala Witcher 3. At least by then, there's a complete edition, and the major bugs squashed.
You god awful noobs with your "who" shit. How dare you say that to the Lord Crowbcat. Bet you don't know who Internet Historian is either, NOOB.
Lol Who?
The guy had like a 20 million view video about mass effect andromeda looking like total dumpster fire with those weird faces the main character makes.
His videos are pretty great. He basically uses the developers own words against them.
This game just looks straight up bad. Even if you take away all the bugs and stability issues, you're left with a mediocre open world action game/ RPG-lite, which are a dime-a-dozen these days.
