CyberPunk 2077 (CDProjektRed) VS. Starfield (Bethesda)

what is a starfield?

The Witcher 3 was a masterpiece, Fallout 76 was a masterclass in flops

Going by what these devs previously made, I'm definitely more interested in Cyberpunk.

holy crap bethesda is getting wrecked I wonder if its because of fall out 76 fiasco and I also wonder if they'll get that legendary composer Jeremy Soule back for starfield that would be nice

i'd go with cyberpunk, although i would expect bethesda to come out swinging with starfield and es6 after the fiasco of a gen they've had. they've got a lot to prove.

Witcher 3 raised the bar so high that its impossible for Bethesda to ever release a game that good especially since they are sticking with the terrible creation engine.

Skyrim fanboys need to let it go. The game was good Year’s ago, but it’s aged since. Witcher 3 destroyed it.

Kind of hard to decide what a game will be like with only ever having seen a logo and absolutely nothing else.

Personally I think Starfield is Bethesda looking at the Star Citizen money and thinking how do we get piece of that?

Starfield will be amazing! Master world builders are taking their craft to the great beyond... and I cant wait!

Not very excited for Cyberpunk 2077 and I know exactly nothing about Starfield. I know they said they're gonna release that game before a new Elder Scrolls, so if anything, I hate Starfield for delaying my new Elder Scrolls.

The Outer Worlds though? The trailer I saw plus knowing who's working on it = hype.

I'm confident that Cyberpunk will actually function, so that's an easy vote against Starfield.

Cyberpunk on it's worst day, would still rank better than the mess Bethesda will release.

Skyrim...a game that features dragons as the major enemy that somehow reduces what should be awesome into an absolute snoozefest.

Since starfield is fallout in space and fallout 4/76 were disappointing. I choose cyberpunk.

I played a lot of Skyrim, great game, played it lots of different ways, Nord stealth archer in heavy armour, High Elf stealth archer with magic, Orc barbarian with heavy weapons who's also a stealth archer etc. Joking aside Skyrim is a game I've enjoyed in the same way a kid enjoys a sandbox or a playground, plenty of fun to be had but the experience isn't exactly deep, The witcher on the other hand is more like the experience of reading a book you can't put down, you might spend more hours in the sandbox but the book leaves the lasting impression. Based on that Cyberpunk even if people actually end up spending more time in Starfield.

Bethesda can't make a good game even if their life depends on it.

Skyrim is one of the few modern AAA games that I actually enjoy. I was incredibly disappointed with The Witcher 3 and consider it to be the most overrated game of this generation. Based soley on that, I have much more hope for Starfield than Cyberpunk.

Surprise me Bethesda. Bioware, Blizzard, Bethesda are all shells of what they used to be.

Hell i would argue skyrim wasnt all that great if it wasnt for the modding community. Decent game that had a great modding community

If I was going to play a space-game probably boot up Freespace or Xwing.

Cyberpunk 2077, easily day one purchase for me at this point.

I agree. Loved Skyrim but it didn't age well. Witcher 3 outclassed in almost everything. Not to mention, Level scaling sucks.
