Shame it goes RTS/Tower defense. It's why I still haven't played it.

It does, and it ain't great, but it's not terrible or unplayable either. More... strange.

Huh I was always on the fence about this game. Guess I get to finally see what it's about.

I bought Brutal Legend used copy on PS3 for $2 bucks 2 years ago. I like that game until it randomly turns into an RTS, then it's a turn-off for me but I still enjoy Brutal Legend.

The soundtrack is fantastic, I love Hard Rock & Metal, it's one of my favorite genres of music. I especially enjoyed the instrumental Mastodon songs.

Great game, but I did not like the strategy elements one bit.

Man I love Humble Bundle. Bundles, monthly bundles, humble sales, and giveaways. They have earned my support, and it is for a good cause to top it off.

Got it on 360 when it released. Bought it for the metal, enjoyed the game but the RTS stuff was odd. I'll for sure give it another play on PC after all these years.

I don't recall hating it... I remember liking the game and that's about it. I guess we'll see when I play it again.

Many thanks for the heads up.

Now I just wish I could transfer GOG games to Steam..

I have 2 games on GOG. MDK and, apparently, System Shock 2. I had no idea I had a copy of that game. Must have been a freebie a long time ago. That I'd take the time to install GOG and shit just to play these 2 old games probably wont happen. Which is why I want them on Steam.

Played one hour of it. Way better than the PS3 version (sub 720p, shaky 30fps).

You don't need the GoG client to download, install, and play the games. The whole reason I buy from GoG is so that I don't have to install and run a client.

Download the install files and other goodies and that's it. You can even delete the install files after you've installed the game.

Or, take the install files and install the game on another computer without having to worry about a client running on two computers at the same time.

(Having to run) Steam is bad enough as it is.
