Not even locked 60fps! I maxed this at 1080p@60fps with 16xAF on a GTX 280 with a q9400 on 2008! Are consoles weaker than a 2008 PC!?

i mean, this is a near solid 60fps with the occasional frame drop here and thre, nothing major, not graphically, if anything though the shit audio and other various glitches sound shit

Almost finished Infinite, and I think I'm gonna install the original over the remaster on my PC. For such a solid franchise, it's a shame they kinda shit on it.

A single one of my 290X's at 2560x1440 averages nearly 200 FPS in this remaster lol...

HD milk ports are a messed up thing. If you're unable to make the game better looking than any previous versions (that includes 2008 pc's), why the hell are you even making an "improved" version?

Well some remasters can be good, I actually thought about the bioschock 2 remaster but I have to buy them all for 50$?, yeah right.

The vast majority of remasters aren't worth the price of entry, even for someone who has never played the game before.

Even something like Resident Evil 4 on the PC had a dud it's first go around.

Just watched the video, not the best port. If they fix the frame rate on the consoles if should be alright. Better AF would be nice too but that's something that almost always suffer in console versions.

That's just shitty porting on the developer's side. Halo Master Chief Collection had weird discoloring and texture loss too on a few games. And I'm pretty sure that the Xbox One is stronger than the 360.

I read at other sites at how poor this remastered port is. Glad I still own my PC copies of these games as well as the 360 versions.

@loco145: it's not that your statement about PS4 is false... it's that it fails to note that the same visual issues plague X1, and many plague the PC version as well - in fact the PC version INTRODUCES visual issues. With the exception of framerate, as noted, which can go as high as your hardware can support on the PC version. But the downgrades to the visuals are a feature of the remaster, not the platform per se. Seems aimed at baiting one fanbase

I don't get why these big pubs with all their sweaty cash don't spend money on top tier port houses like Hexadrive, Bluepoint and Nixxes for the remasters of their premier franchises. Blows my god damn mind.
