atleast this leaked is more clear.
? Should I be ashamed that I have no idea what that means?
Just like communism it can be both a good thing in theory and a bad thing in practice.
Good thing about live service: continued development, patches, updates, free content, free DLC
Bad thing about live service: games release with half the content, stuff is added later, game has missing features, game is so buggy it requires a ton of patches to get running.
Here is how Ubisoft puts it.
Continuous development of the game = Continuous sales of the game.

So...like early access? or Free to play but pay for addons ala Fortnite?
Or is it a mixture of those 2?
@boxrekt: back in the old days games launched feature complete and the devs would move on to another game. You'd buy a game and it's a one and done deal.
Nowadays you buy a game and expect updates, dlc, expansions. So culture has changed, people's expectations have changed.
Overly cinematic with no depth or challenge...typical AAA game.
Oh is it just me or pretty much all characters play the same with minor variations?
its a crystal dynamic game. the worst AAA developer this gen who made WOAT tomb raider games.
That looks like a PS2 game mechanically. Amazing what happens when the industry focuses too much on graphics technology rather than mechanical innovation. The least they could have done was make it as fluid as the Arkham games.

Thing about the Arkham games as well, they take inspiration from multiple sources, the comics, the animations, the movies. But still creates it's own unique distinguishable identity.
This merely looks like a really, really shitty attempt to emulating the movies.
Looked like a shitty Sony movie game. Cutscene ever 5 seconds and combat for a 5 year old.
Dude ,Gears of War 4 and 5 are not even Sony games, so I’m not sure why you are comparing those shotty movie games to Sony elite class movie games .

Rofl what...
Graphics look better here or maybe it’s just more fuzzy so I can’t tell how the graphics are. This looks to definitely be a more mainstream game. It could still be a decent game because to me it seems to look a bit like GOW style over the shoulder gameplay and then you had some light Anthem flying/hovering in there. My expectations are low but glad it’s not Batman/Spider-Man combat.

Rocksteady should hurry up and make Justice League game. it will completely destroy tomb raider avengers edition.
