Well, it's being published/developed by Atlus Japan, ergo, it's automatically going to be good.

Please be them working on a SEGA IP.

Persona 5 has already been announced which is their current best IP, so what else could be surprising? Maybe a new Shining Force that goes back to its strategy roots.

Sega gave them permission to work on their IPs, so it could be something like that.

@lamprey263: It damn well better not be Persona 3 Ultimate, all you would be doing is making a slightly more high res version of the PSP game, not much else you can do.

I think we have enough Persona on our plate, but we have to remember, Keinchi Tsuchiya is the one who was surprised, and he is the SMT composer.

So it's down to:

A. A SEGA IP

B. A new SMT game.

As I have been saying- Persona 3 Velvet.

Well, it was Charizard's guess, he guessed something like the content that includes content from Persona 3 FES, as well as content from the PSP version including the female protagonist, and the extras social links and other features, so basically a culmination of all the best features of the versions in one game, hopefully with visual improvements like Persona 4: The Golden received... I'd be fine with that, considering it's on something other than the Vita that I own.

But I'd also be equally receptive to another SMT game. Nintendo has been stealing a lot of that thunder over the years, Devil Survivor 1 & 2 and their 3DS ports (record break incoming), Soul Hackers, Strange Journey, SMT4, and Persona Q... it's about time some of that love ended up on another system, like PS4, where titles like Nocturne, Digital Devil Saga 1 & 2, the two Devil Summoner games, two Persona game, all were on the PS2 years earlier. It's about time consoles got another SMT game.

Atlus already announced Persona 5 so there is nothing else interesting from them unless a completely new Persona or anything for next gen consoles.. im sure this news will disappoint like the news that they were hyping to be revealed on May 2nd which ended up being a Persona 4 Golden anime to be airing in Japan :/

and the announcement was a sequel to 2012's crappy anime based on Persona 4. lol
