Ruh oh... I thought the xbox was full RDNA 2.0 with 12 tf of power? There's no way a 10.28 tf machine could be delivering better details could it??
I certainly hope not for their sake. Lord knows they've suffered enough over the last 10 years lol.
My eyes tell me the images are low quality regardless of system and that in the 1st picture different times of day so different lighting. They also tell me in the 2nd picture that there is more detail in the XSX version (look over the bow of the boat into the skyline there is actual detail in there vs the PS5 version)

Your eyes tell you lies because of your green glasses. I'm sorry you got duped my green bro!
The series x version is oddly less detailed in some scenes with a bunch of screen tearing. If I were looking at this without labels I'd say this was PS5 vs Series S.
@Zero_epyon: good find
Just looking at the first comparison (even though the video is only 1080/60) the detail is far better in the XSX... compare the kids face for example or the tapestry/door in the background XSX has more fine detail the other is blurred (again being 1080P does not help get a great image)
This is the same guy who refuses to acknowledge he broke NDA. Still claims his Xbox is broken and tried to get “Black Screen Of Death” to trend of Twitter. Xbox issued a statement that they completely took his console off line.
He still claims to this day, his Xbox is broke. But it isn’t.

The biggest differences for me in that video are at 7:00 were the boat makes a wake in the PS5 version and not on the Series X version and in the scene starting at 7:12.
Most notably, there seems to be a lot of tearing in the Xbox feed. I noted similar tearing in a Gamespot comparison video.

That certainly affects things. I guess we wait for comparisons from a better source.

LOL yep.. lets wait for our good friends at DF and hopefully they put out something better than 1080P
LMAO someone tell this sad person that the game has dynamic day/night cycles so according to lighting conditions the color or water will act different, also same day location as the ps5 shot but from the Xbox Series X version.
It's obvious that he put the video resolution down of the video when was the series X version and picked higher one for the ps5 one and by the way cope harder TC
Link to video I got the capture of :

Dirt 5 on the Series X also has screen tearing.

I've noticed that too, though I think one source I saw (IGN) said it was due to their capturing methods. We'll see though.

Sounds like damage control from IGN. They don't want to burn bridges and actually have to buy a console next time lol.

Digital Foundry also did some damage control.

Let's not forget that is is a Ubisoft game, aka the bottom of the barrel which it comes to optimised games.
lol cows have to grasp at something to make themselves feel good. XD
Quick everyone, throw out your Xbox consoles, because poorly optimised games.
@HalcyonScarlet: lol dude he is just making crap up ,look at my post.. I totally destroyed his proof

There is a difference on the textures on the boardwalk even from the low quality image you can see it.
serious x looks better DF will confirm cow tears
hah
From what i see there are some key elements missing like the boat making a wave while moving, wood having better textures on PS5, but that has nothing to do with power it could be that the PS5 version was simply ahead in time on the development front nothing that can't be patch latter.
No need for tears kingtito.

Second caption has more detail in the wood planks on the PS5 too. The lighting looks better in the PS5 version too.
@the6millionlies: lol you’re still trying to convince yourself of ownage? Proof is in the pudding my green friend. No need for your tears.
PS5 has added detail sorry. Between the new xbone smoking, having shit for games and not being as powerful it seems that you’re awfully upset!
@the6millionlies: thread destroyed? Because you said so??
Lol look at the gifs aka the proof. Cross ref with the video... ps5>xbonesx
@phlop_spencer: Thread destroyed because I provided capture of the same location as the ps5 cope harder .. would be sad too if my thread was destroyed , cry more btw.
My only doubt to that malarkey is that twenty of the last ten Sony damage control threads have backfired in spectacular fashion, like if someone managed to give themselves a wedgie so harsh it split them down the middle, burns so nasty each time that any one of them tops that one scene in the Terrifyer where that clown had the saw and... **eww** yeah, that one.

Looks like XSX will do just fine with the VRR secret sauce. Could this be the Achilles heel for PS5 if they don't have it all gen?
