Are you pumped for Gamescom this week?

Yep, I’m pretty hyped for Gamescom. I’m really looking forward to seeing what Microsoft may be showing and/or announcing.

Pumped to see what they will show about STALKER 2. expected a teaser.

I didn't even know it was this month.

No hype but my hype for.... well... anything really... is gone.

I'll just wait for aftermath Gamescom just to get the scoop what I need to know and not waste my time with this conference.

Wouldn't say pumped but looking forward to maybe a couple of announcements. The AAA from sega has me interested.

Not really, all I want to see is Cyberpunk.

Not expecting much tbh. I'd rather go in with low expectations and come out pleasantly surprised if anything worthwhile actually does get announced. We're in that weird period right before next gen console announcements.

Gaming stopped being exciting years back.

This is my reaction to STALKER 2!!!.

every game would look and feel terrible compare to this when it will release. I never been so pumped about any game before. not even Doom Eternal.

Yes, of course I'm excited.

Can't wait to see the cyberpunk 2077 gameplay and probably will show a few new games in the event.

I had no idea it was this week, so not really. I'll keep apprised, and maybe i'll try and tune-in if I have the time.

Excited is a strong word, but I am very optimistic and hoping for the best. Either way, I said yes... hopefully they will show some things to get me excited about. I'm always just sitting around hoping that I'll be blown away by something, like the reveal of a new SOCOM game... one can dream.

Can't be any worst then this years E3 I hope.

@SolidGame_basic: Biggest takeaway is that she's the Skate equivalent, and her ability to run, unlike the others, is just reconfirmation that this game is emulating SoR2's gameplay rather than progressing from SoR3's and Remake's.

Personally, I don't play as Skate, so I doubt I'll play as her either, but they did show off Shiva, and he's one of my top 3 characters.

Gears of War 5 looks awesome. The new additions to Horde mode look very cool as does the crossover stuff with Halo Reach characters. Great story trailer. I’m getting the Ultimate Edition which releases a few days early on September 6th which is getting really close now. So hyped, can’t wait. ?

The way they are going about with this show is all wrong, trying to present it as a gameawards thing where poops are suppose to whoop at some mo-cap explosion game, but most of the games here are lower-budget pc focused titles.

AAA games are ruined by MTX and lootboxes. Problem with AAA games is that they aren't made by people who love games anymore, they are made by businessmen.

I just found out Gamescom was today. These shows just aren't very exciting anymore.

@R4gn4r0k: atm I'm more sick of 2d indie games than AAA. Every show 90% of games are side scrolls or 2D indie games that looks like mobile game.

Huh? An indie game is literally the best thing I played this year, apart from Metro: Exodus.

I love 2D platformers as well, platforming in a 3D world is just weird. It's weird, I tell ya!

Humankind, Disintegration, some really cool new IP being announced.

It was slightly better than E3.

Having Kojima at the end as the supposed grand-final was a huge mistake though.

The entire format is wrong.

I thought it was pretty great. Though, unsurprisingly, all of the games I was excited for (age of empires, metro dlc, iron harvest) got skipped over by all the big sites. And they act like these games were not shown.

I got a ton of trailers still to look at.

That is super annoying isn't it? It's crazy how limited the scope of most sites is. At least most of them cover Nintendo news nowadays. There was a period that gaming sites in general didn't even know what Nintendo games were announced.
