Are you excited about the new Kinect?

Ive always wanted to get a Kinect but now I want it even more with the new Xbox One coming out. It seems a lot better than the previous Kinect for games and for navigation of the interface. I wouldnt mind if Ms had plenty of exclusives that are Kinect games. I'd be excited. To me Xbox One brings the best of casual gaming and core gaming in one box. I think Ps4 fails to do that.

Nope. I've lost faith in MS/ Kinect. Kinect has a lot of potential to make amazingly unique games, and I know none of it will be tapped.

My uncle visited a few months ago.His ten year old son loves kinect.

That's the target audience.Since I am 18,I have no interest in it.

Kinect actually did the opposite and made me more fearful of the NextBox. I really hope this "Kinect is required to turn on the console" is bull. If it is, then that's horrible design. What if my Kinect breaks, stolen, missing, etc. I have to purchase a new one? Screw that.

I'm more excited to see what tech labs in colleges do with it more so than the gaming side of things

Microsoft needs to make Kinect go away from gaming - as it is capable of so much more. The only exception being uses in game such as Forza 4 with the head tracking, something the user doesn't notice at all but it adds to the game.

Kinect is looking good with the Xbox One, its going in the right direction...as long as E3 doesn't change that (it will) and make Kinect a primary video game peripheral.

It's better than any Eye Toy that's for sure. Also since it'll be on the PC it can be better than any attachable webcam as well.gago-gago

Yeah, I'm excited about the new Kinect. I just want to see developers get more creative with it. My son loves it and I do see some potential, but we'll have to see game wise. Interaction wise Im very excited to use it. 

Still better than this kinect wannabe :lol:
