This. I never played Tomb Raider last gen and loved Definitive edition. My friend didn't own a PS3 but got a PS4 and is so stoked for the PS4 Last of Us remake. Its a good way for those that didn't get a chance to play a game previously to play an enhanced version. Nobody is making you buy them.

So what is your problem with Tomb Raider being released for the PS4? The game isn't meant for those who have played it on previous systems. Its meant for people who didn't play it and now own a PS4. Why should you even care?

Whether you think it's worth purchasing is up to you, but they aren't a scam. Legit work is done and they always look better than the SD version.
