Are BF4's water effects the best ever made? (to date)

The ocean, the rain, the puddles, windshields, sidewalks...

I wish it rained the whole game! I've never seen water look this good ina videogame.

I've been playing the PS4 version for a few hours and I've been stopping mid-missions just looking at the rain for several seconds, it that's good.

Is BF4's water "engine" the best ever made so far?

Well I do thing it's cool that the engine does all the physics for them with weather, except for huge scripted scenes.
