Anyone else feel Sony has gotten real lazy lately?

- No games in 2017
- Nothing official in 2018 other than a couple of sequels

Where the games at? I remember a time when Sony was pumping em out left and right but now it's delay after delay. My comrades back at the office have a new nickname...we call it the "Delaystation" now. Kinda cheesy but it's effective.

Sony went through a similar period with PS2 where they gave that press conference and said the gen was over, and next gen begins when they say it does.

Microsoft did the same with 360, they were high on cloud 9 that they had all developers on their side and assumed they would all move to XB1

That said, Sony 2017 was great, mostly due to Japanese dev support

@lifelessablaze: companies in the green often take breaks to bring in more capital, it's profit season where investments sort of take it easy when a company is in a period without fierce competiton. It's ther of course, just not in that critical period where consumers are in tough decision mode. Just riding it out.
