As for the source material, you are happy with companies introducing cheap nickel and diming into their games?

You are getting nothing, except everything wrong. You can say your opinion, without attacking someone cheaply.

1. I don't watch Angry Joe, and I don't have any opinion of him.

2. I haven't played the newest Mortal Kombat, and I have no opinion of it. I don't plan on buying it any time soon.

So you can't hide behind me being biased. You attacked the OP, even though his opinion on this, that some of the extra payments in games are egregious, is perfectly valid, and you've offered absolutely zero explanation as to why he is wrong. Because you've got none.

I reiterate my original point, before I write you off completely: Grow up.

@clone01: I like Joe, I don't always agree with him but at least he's honest about MK11 for the most parts, but attacking Cup because he posted Joe's MK11 review just shows how big of a jerk you really are. Grow up!

I said specifically that Angry Hoe is an idiot, and I'm not surprised that sniper likes him. I never mentioned uninspired cup.

The second I saw Corporate Commander, I know this is going to be good laugh review XD

Anyhow, Joe giving it a 8/10 is what exactly I got out of MK11 as well. Score was legit. Covered almost everything, only 2 points Joe miss are:

1. You can earn Time Krystals ingame from Towers as well as buying them.
2. Fatal Blows, Fatalities/Brutalities and the Krypt run at 30fps. (there is a PC Mod that makes them 60fps though, but I have yet to download the mod)

Glad he point out the enormous grind and the towers of time flaws. (even post patch) Getting booted out of a tower set because it "expired" is so frustrating when you wanted that skin. If I'm in, let me finish the set damn it. Otherwise yeah the game's good so far. (Cup whoop my ass lol)

I usually don't watch angry joe videos. The recent memory was when battlefront 2 or anthem released.

He’s not really wrong per say. The game’s economy is really the only thing that stands out to me as flawed. Just feels convoluted, and I hate that the Krypt loot is now RNG and we have crappy augments that skew drops. I’d probably score it an 7/10 currently as I'm playing MK11.

Angry Joe is great. Honest reviews and a clear passion for gaming. Glad that he's successful.

OMFG! I'll never get rid of those image out of my mind. I almost got into trouble whenever I ran into those while at work lol.

I agree with his review points but I still rate a 9/10. Just treat MK11 like the old Mortal Kombat games while avoiding the online aspect and you got yourself one of the best fighting games to come out this gen.

Yeah same here, I really like his 'angry' reviews and the effort he puts into making them.

I don’t watch much of his reviews, but he tends to be right for most of them.

He has a huge advantage though compared to regular reviewers. He reviews them much later than everyone else.

So he gets to read everyone else’s opinions and sums them up.

Not saying he isn’t entertaining, he is, but I am not going to pretend these are all his own opinions.

I personally think it's poor in a lot of respects, not terrible, just a middling fighter. The main contribution NR has done has been in making story-mode "a thing" in fighting games. This also has an excellent tutorial. But really, that's about the only thing worthy of high praise.

Could whine and bitch about a lot of stuff, the UI, the port job, the poor animations, the downtime to get into a match, the lack of punish, zoning, the lack of wind up on moves, the bland backgrounds and music etc... But something that's sort of started standing out lately is how boring and uncreative the the characters are.

Look how interesting this character is, nothing like that in MK11.

Honestly shortly after starting to watch the video, when he started screaming, I stopped it, took a deep breath and stopped following him on YouTube and Twitter. It's not his opinions that made me do that I just can't stand how he chooses to express himself. I used to find him entertaining, then kind of boring but this video was the point when it's just nauseating. Maybe because the whole internet kind of became an AJ.

But I do tend to agree with him and think that when he gets creative he's actually funny. It's just all the screaming that I just can't take.

Funny how you never respond after links are given. You should stop pretending to be the Troll Police when you're typically wrong on who is trolling.

I can definitely say that current Killer Instinct is one of the best thing I enjoy as far as fighting games goes, it's just way more fluid. In some ways, most of the characters are today's Darkstalkers comparisons, Even I can say some of the females (except Raptor) are well model, even Shin Hisako is based on Japanese Urban Legends. MK11 for the most parts feels dull compare to Killer Instinct only because I just find it more fluid then what NR could ever do.

Still waiting for MK vs Killer Instinct :(

Killer Instinct had the potential to be better than Mortal Kombat but too many things went wrong with it. The game relied on season passes, it wasn't even AAA budgeted which watered down the presentation and production value, combat was too simple, new character designs were hideous and because of that, it took a looooong time for people to find joy in it.

Sure, Killer Instinct's finally released with all the content now but the damage has already been done. Even after everything that's been fixed, it doesn't erase the fact that it happened which was way worse than anything MK11 did for a quick buck. Even now, I really have a hard time finding a reason to play Killer Instinct. The modes suck and we still have to deal with a really shitty story mode.

This guy has a gimmick and wants clicks like anyone else. Spare me.

@nepu7supastar7: MS screw up Killer Instinct making it a free-to-play when it should have been a full retail game. That's the problem and MS waited too long releasing it on Steam. I really like Killer Instinct but MS wasted this IP in a bad way. I do hope MS gives it another chance someday.

Played MK11 on switch this weekend, one of the best single player mode stories I've ever seen in a fighting game.

So by pirating this game, you:

1. Get the game for free.
2. Get the whole game. Without paying thousands of dollars.
3. Don't support a shit business practice.

Yeah, I know what I'm gonna do. As soon as NR makes a serious game that doesn't presume I'm a fucking idiot, I'll be there with my wallet.

@Bread_or_Decide: Watch the review, I don't think he says otherwise. He praised the actual game and bashes the mobile like microtransactions and such.

So I take that as a yes then. Makes you wonder why cows come here then as they get banned then come back with alt after alt, suckers for punishment I guess lol.
