Good news for console people who've been playing inferior versions. Unfortunately it doesn't include the much underrated Arkham: Origins which actually had Bane in it and not some mentally stunted potato.

A listing for Batman Arkham Collection Steelbook Edition for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One has popped up on Amazon UK.

Slated to release on 6th September, 2019, the collection - which has yet to be formally announced for current-gen systems - will include Batman: Arkham Asylum, Batman: Arkham City, and Batman: Arkham Knight. Like its last-gen predecessor, it doesn't include Warner Bros. Games Montreal's Batman: Arkham Origins, but this latest iteration seemingly includes a physical disc and will retail for £40.

"Batman: Arkham collection brings you the definitive versions of Rocksteady's Arkham trilogy games, including all post-launch content, in one complete collection," the store description says (thanks, Gematsu via Comicbook). "Experience two of the most critically acclaimed titles of the last generation - Batman: Arkham Asylum and Batman: Arkham City, with fully remastered and updated visuals.

"Complete your experience with the Explosive finale to the Arkham series In Batman: Arkham Knight. Become the Batman and utilise a wide range of gadgets and abilities to face off against Gotham's most dangerous villains, finally facing the ultimate threat against the city that Batman is sworn to protect."

Right now, there's no evidence that the collection is coming to PC or Nintendo Switch - although that might just be what Amazon has available, so nothing's confirmed for sure just yet - but it is confirmed the trilogy includes "all post-launch content, in one complete collection", including "Exclusive Steelbook" packaging and the Batman: Arkham Knight "Earth to dark Knight" Skin for PlayStation 4 players.

I used the currency converter and got $45. That's a really good deal. Wow, congratulations.

They’ve already had an Arkham Collection for current gen consoles for awhile now. It was previously just Arkham Asylum and Arkham City and goes on sale frequently. This just simply seems like an “all in one” bundle which packages Arkham Knight as well. Cool steelbook case though and is good for those who don’t have either the previous collection or AK.

Kind of late, without adding Origins I see little compelling reason to grab it.

Still inferior. No KB+M = fewer options = inferior.

No Origins? Though not the best, it was a solid entry that I enjoyed more than Knight and Asylum... City simply overshadowed the whole series.

So tired of the Arkham games. Bought Arkham Knight on the Steam sale. Only thing it did was securing that I'll never revisit any Arkham game again.

Arkham Asylum was great. Arkham City was great, although overstayed its' welcome by being open world and riddled with mundane tasks. Origins? Knight? Ugh, enough already.

Just like with Uncharted Nathan Drake Collection, it never included Uncharted: Golden Abyss Vita and I figure this collection wouldn't include Batman Arkham Origin mainly it was made by a different developer. Still though, it's just much cheaper to buy the games separately.

Origins had the best story-telling up until Arkham Knight.

All suffer from the same problem, massive Joker over-saturation. Origins and Knight are the only ones that really use him decently.

I wanted Hugo Strange, I wanted Black Mask, I wanted Bane, I wanted Scarecrow, always on the side-lines for the most boring character.

Thanks fanbois.

Another quick cash grab by WB not surprising it would be nice if we actually got a NEW Arkham game this year.

Batmans story is done so it would probably have to be Batman Beyond or some other related spin off.
