I'm a ps3 owner that hates the motion sensing of the sixaxis. Shooting free throws in NBA 2k7Â and the laughable swing thrusting of MLB 2k7 are so rediculously stupid I think my Wii laughs at me when it sees me in action.
I'm not a big fan of the triggers. I didn't know I'd dislike them so much until I switched my fire button to a trigger for Resistance. Felt sooo wrong it wasn't even funny.

I agree, I don't know why the hell they messed with the L2/R2 triggers. I don't know either. I guess they felt the Xbox/360 triggers were a superior option for those buttons...but they didn't do them right. :?

Really. I love shooting free throws with it. It doesn't play a major role in the game but just adds something different to the gameplay. And unlike the Wii you can turn it off.

It just feels so tacked on last minute that it's almost funny. Putting out fires in R FoM, shaking off Nazis, and steering like a drunken blind person driving a jetski, just doesn't cut it for me.
So far the only time I actually liked the MS in the Six, was bringing up the map in RFoM multiplay, but even then hitting a button woulda done the same thing.

sony made hundreds of dumb moves when creating the ps3. sixaxis was one of these.apolloluke
whats wrong with it? the ps2 had the best controller no rumble is a small probelm but nothing big. if it aint broke why fix it? The logitech rumble pad 2 is basicly the same as ps2's controller and the best controler i've ever used and that includges the 360 controler, the 360 controler just doesn't work very well for racers.

  Is this because you're terrible at the free throws? I can shoot 85% in free throws. Some people just don't have the rythm I guess. I think the free throws on PS3's NBA2K7 is he most creative thing that's happend in an NBA game. Period. It only took me 20 minutes or so to get it down. I love it.

It's not that it's too hard, especially when compared to the old double trigger style, but it just feels like something the developer came up with seconds before the game was about to ship.
Not too big of a deal but I thought selling the charge cable seperately was pretty lame. Sealing the battery up was a bad move also, other than that its an alright controller.
The sixaxis is a POS. I still have my PS2 and I love that controller (the 360 controller is the best I think). The sixaxis just feels cheap and those triggers  what the hell were they thinking with that. The fact that it doesnt have rumble is another punch in the face. For 500-600+ I expect a better feeling controller not that POS they are trying to pass off as an innovative controller..
