3DS Won't Even outsell the PSP

Let's face it. Nintendo has thrown all the big guns at the 3DS and now it's completely dropped off like a rock. It's selling decent "At best" in japan. And it only manages to squeeze 100k out of the NPD every month. And who knows how bad the system is doing in europe.

Currently the PSP has sold around 80 million lifetime, while the 3DS is hovering around 45m+. Now can anyone honestly come up with a reason why it will even double that?

Ofcourse the 3DS isn't no vita. But it is a victim to the smart phone take over and nintendo's next handheld will only sell less.

And don't come up with the whole price cut excuse, because nintendo has given this system multiple price cuts along with hardware revisions and they even brought out a 2DS which nobody gave a crap about.
