360 looking hot in 08' RE5, GTA4, NG2,Halo Wars,Alan Wake...

What disheartens me is that most of those games used to be exclusive to only PS3 (GTA4, RE5), but Halo Wars? Now, come on people, don't you think one Halo game every 4 years is enough? And I think I'll spend my time with a good ol' FPS rather than boring RTS games (no offense, RTS fans).

Ninja Gaiden 2 hasn't even been announced for a platform yet, but its coming out in 2008?

Who cares about Gears 2. Sure its going to get 9.5 because it has chainsaws, but its gonna be a 5 hour campaign with a tacked on Shotgun Wars just like its predecessor.

Halo wars has potential to be great, not because it's Halo, but because it's the first RTS to be made from the ground up exclusively for a console release -- more specificly, the XBOX 360.

those are the only exclusives you mentioned and that's pathetic. PS3's 08 line up DISTROYS that list to the 10th power. I'll wait for some moron to try to tell me that 360's line up is better than PS3 in 08 and then I'll show you how it stacks up based on EXCLUSIVES.

It's funny how all the lemmings harped on exclusives up until now with xbox360 to point out how it's better than PS3,but all of a sudden they are including a bunch ofmultiplats in it's upcomming game line for 08 to say that it's good. I think not.

I am a little disappointed that you couldn't come up with a better list for system wars.

Well frankly if the PS3 doesn't have anything by the end of '08,then the console's kinda screwed. However, littlebigplanet, FF XIII, GT5, MGS4, White Knight Story (maybe), Killzone, and most of all Disgaea 3, the best series ever made. If only they made a final fantasy tactics 2....

actully dude there not just more missions etc, thereadditional chapters of the story, rockstar made it very clear early on that they are "epic add ons promising at least 10 hours additional gameplay each", its a real pity that the ps3 verson aint getting it, since gta contributed to the PS fame sogreatly.

I don't know about that. MGS, KZ2, FF............Those are 3 heavy hitting AAA franchises (KZ2 I think will be).

The thing about 08 is that GTA will eclipse all those game in status and of course it will be Multiplatform but in terms of exclusives I have to say that PS3 at this points looks like it has the better lineup.

Now if they announce Gears Of War 2 for 2008, we will be set.HeHateMe_basic

re5 and gta4 are multiplats and both will sell about equally well for both consoles(probably 360 with a bit of an edge)..

halo wars and alan wake look like pretty solid games and ng2, but they don't compete with likes of MGS4, FFXIII, and GT5.

plus ps3 will have Killzone 2 and Little Big Planet

Haze and UT3 are multiplats, so cross that out and they say UT3 might get delayted till 2008. Warhawk and Heavenly Sword are good games but great games and not system sellers like as Cows thought. At this point and time, no Cow is confident enough to hype Uncharted to be triple A. Ratchet and Clank might have a chance, but expectations for this game is iffy as well. So basically, Sony have nothing else for this year, just wait till 2008.
