360 2007 or PS3 2009

As the titles says. Which year had the best lineup? The 360's 2007 or the PS3's 2009?

I would personally say the 360 2007 but they're pretty close.

If I was living in 2009; which I am. Then the PS3 2009.

360 2007 we got Bioshock, The Orange Box, Halo 3, Mass Effect

PS3 2009 we got Uncharted 2, Killzone 2, Demon Souls, Infamous, Ratchet and Clank Future

Hmmm....a really tough battle but considering all the genre in 2007 are shooters I prefer PS3 2009 because that include many genre, such as shooter, platforming, and RPG

What did PS3 get? MGS4, AAAA rated goty 2008 winner and known as best game ever made, Resistance 2 and LittleBigPlanet.

From an objective point, PS3 2008 was the best.

if your only talking about exclusives then id say ps3 2009 but if you include multiplats then i 360 kills ps3 every year

I'm not sure how many Goty's Halo3 won but Bioshock won 40+, Super Mario Galaxy won 30+, Cod4 won 20+ and The Orange Box won a dozen or so... How much is left of Halo 3 to win lol?

I would have to say 360's 2007.

I really think cows are exaggerating the PS3's dominance of 2009. It had Killzone 2 and Infamous which were somewhat forgettable games and Uncharted 2 which was great. And yes, 360 didn't have a spectacular year in terms of exclusives, but that doesn't mean that I stopped buying games for the 360 just because it is lacking exclusives this year; it still has games.

Halo 3 is the only game I remember for 360 from 2007...

EDIT:Time magazine,G4phoria,and some syuff like Multiplayer game of the year but that doesn't really count. it won many different awards though.

Oh man... I loved Halo 3 and Mass Effect, but Uncharted 2 was amazing and I'm having a lot of fun with inFamous lately. Haven't played Demon's Souls, hated Killzone 2 and Ratchet isn't my cup of tea. As for Bioshock, good game, and The Orange Box rocked as well.

Ugh... tough decision. I'll tell ya when 2009 is over and I've played some of the games I get for Christmas.

Anyway i mostly picked PS3 because i tend to lose interests in games fast but I'm STILL playing KZ2, U2, Infamous and DS.

I really, really, really despise all the emo gay boys [in Japanese games] that are the symptom why 25% of Japanese men in their 30s and 10% in their 40s are virgin boys. ktchong

Overall based on exclusive games that I have played:
