I haven't seen poping textures and magic trees yet in driveclub. Just look at the video you posted and you only have to skip to the 22 second mark and watch the white tress on the left go away by magic.

This looks like something from the PS2 era.

Did you seriously try to show us 60fps on a youtube video? 

Youtube videos are maxed at 24 fps.

I like forza but so far drive club has the better graphics. I am sure forza will have more cars and tuning options.
