Searching For A Football Manager Game

I am searching for a game similar to Football Manager for pc, in which you can edit all players. I also want it to have a lot of European Leagues and to be absolutely FREE! Any ideas? I apreciate your help.

You ain't getting that for free, not legally anyway.

Buy football manager 2017, it's cheap now and buy the in game editor.(only a few quid)
