I figured I would start a thread since there wasn't already a thread in the new site.

Went to the home opener tonight. Place was electric, and always nice to whoop the Penguins' ass. Crosby is a little pussy.

Go Ducks! Don't really have time to follow hockey though... I want to.

Go Caps! Odd that Detroit and Chicago aren't in the same conference anymore.

Detroit is in the Eastern Conference now? WTF?!

Yeah, it is weird. Now St. Louis is trying to make Chicago its main rival.

go kings! i think the team is gonna have a good season despite the departures of scuderi and Bernier.

The realignment put Detroit and Columbus in the East so that all the Eastern Conference teams will be in the same timezone.

yeah no kidding. It was a shame we had to give him up, but he's just too good to be a backup goalie. But that's not to say scrivens is bad. His first start as a king he got a shutout. I still want the kings to win it all, but if they can't, and the leafs are still in it, then by all means bring that Stanely cup to Toronto!

Let's go Wings! Give Detroit 3 good teams to root for!

Leafs are playing very poorly right now but have gotten away with it before last night. Can't keep playing like we have and expect to win, especially against great teams like Chicago. Goaltending has been superb though.

Detroit only has two respectable teams and the Wings are already one of them.

The Tigers and Lions have been doing at least decent this year so the Wings will be coming on as the 3rd team, granted now the Tigers are done till next year so just looking to see how the Lions and Wings do this year.

My god the Bruins are playing absolute punishing hockey lately. Also hope Stamkos turns out ok. Looks very serious.

Been a terrible season for my sens so far, hoping they pick things back up. The West is just killing the East this year and yet all NHL.com talks about is the East lol.
