So today is opening day for college football and can't wait for my team to play this Saturday. Iwas wondering who your teams are and where you expect them to finish at the end of the season. My team is the Cincinnati Bearcats only naturally because thats where I go to school. I expect my team with a new head coach and and a very good receiving core to go 10-2. I see us losing against Oklahoma and possibly against Pittsburgh or West Virginia. I don't think we will win the Big East but I see us being 2nd. So who are your teams and where do you see them finishing at the end of the season?

Depends on how Aaron Murray develops and if the new DC can rebuild the defense that Willie butchered. If just one of those works out, then 10-11 wins.

How do you think you will do in your conference? Its a good thing your team is not playing Alabama. :P

Yeah, I guess. I think you could say that about any team in the nation. In conference.... If UGA could beat SC and Arkansas last year with Joe Cox at QB, then I'm certainly not sold on either of them yet. Every game should be winnable depending on how Florida reloads. Auburn will probably be the second-toughest game. I'll predict 6-2 in conference play.

Ohio St; I think they'll go 11-1 with a BCS at large. Probably only three games that'll give them a problem -- Miami, @Wisconsin, @Iowa. Loss comes @Wisconsin, although Miami is better than people think and that'll be a toss up that could go either way. Other than that I think they'll win the rest of their games

I grew up watching the Buckeyes and am still a huge fan though I go to UC instead of OSU. They have a good team this year but I think they will lose two games, the game against Miami and Wisconsin. Penn State is also a formidable threat to beating OSU. What city are you from if you're from Ohio?

I expect 11-1 from the Badgers and a BCS bowl game. Most likely loss is at Iowa but could lose to Ohio State as well.

I expect 9 wins at the very minimum from Florida. Don't expect them to beat Alabama this year.

For my LSU Tigers it all depends on the arm of Jordan Jefferson, I personally think that Jefferson is going to surprise everyone and have a good season. Also too that our defense is going to step it up this year and return to form. I see us only losing two games this year.

ROOLLLL TIIIIDE!!! I am a Bama fan ever since I saw them play the first 10 or 11 times when I was just a kid. I always have been a Bama boy and probably always will be. I expect them to repeat what they did last year.

Ohio State. I really feel like this years team has a great chance to make it to the National Championship. I won't guarantee it because there are some tough road games and Miami is next week.

I went to the game last night and the Buckeyes looked really good. I know Marshall isn't a good team, but usually Ohio State tends to play down to opponents of a lower-level. The defense looked great, especially the linemen and backers. The offense looked great and Terrelle was making some pretty good throws; While the backfield is deep. I'm still a little worried on how the DBs will stack up when playing faster and better receivers.

The one large issue was the special teams. They were pretty bad last night and that has to be fixed for Miami.

I know I know! It's the most epic football beard since Dan Fouts. That's the only reason I have hope in him.

Its going to be a good game next week but I see Miami beating OSU in a very close game. Grew up watching OSU but apparently I'm the only one here in Cleveland that thinks OSU is overrated. :?

There will always be high expectations for Michigan. Anything worse than 8-4 Rich Rod is gone. That is unless they beat Ohio State.

Go Blue! November 27th, OSU is going down.

Well I have two teams. First, the Maryland Terrapins, because I was born there. My expectations aren't high at all. Second, the Minnesota Golden Gophers because I've lived here for the majority of my life. Again, my expectations aren't high at all. In fact, in ESPN The Magazine's College Football Preview, the bloggers for the ACC and the Big 10 picked the Terps and the Gophers to finish 9th in their conferences.
