An announcement of a Rush threequel is two years too late. Three's a charm, after all.
I'm probably the only one here who's eager for a Riders 3. Blend all of the worthwhile elements from the previous two installments into one focused product, and SEGA can't go wrong.

This.
I keep telling everyone that Sonic Adventure 3's spiritual successor was already made called Sonic Next Gen with the hub worlds, multiple storylines and massive story though I miss Chao gardens as well but how much longer are we going to labor under the cruel misconception that Sonic Adventure 3 doesn't nesscarily mean it will be a good game. Just because they slap the name on it, doesn't automatically mean it will be good and honestly the only Sonic game I want made is a GOOD one. I don't care if they use other characters or any sort of mechanic. I just want them to make a good game again.kbaily
This also.
Now for my addition to the arguement: Rush 3, Adventure 3, Sonic 4, I DON'T CARE. I just want a good Sonic game that we OUGHT to get. BTW, I wouldn't consider Sonic 4 Sonic 4, I'd consider it Sonic 5 since technically Sonic & Knuckles IS Sonic 4.
But if they made Adventure 3, I can only say this: Chao World extension PLEASE. NO EMERALD HUNTS OR FROG FISHING. Levels like Sonic/Shadow's from Adventure 2, or maybe some Eggman/Tails from the same game (face it, those levels weren't actually half bad. :P)
Sonic Rush 3? I'm game. I need a new reason to play my oh, so, beloved DS. And Rush 3 would be that. After all, Sonic Rush 3 IS something we all think is bound to happen. Why not now? Or could Needlemouse BE Rush 3? :o :P
Sonic 4? Could that be Needlemouse? It certainly seems plausible. I won't go further on that thought though.

yes, I already knew that, and Unleashed will be Adventure 4. So, I should change it to Sonic Adventure 5 :?

on a time, the wiki said there was a rumour of a threquel called "riders of fire" or something like that, smells like fail

Honestly, Riders has a lot of potential to be a good racing game for Sonic and friends but they need to focus on making the learning curve a tad easier and ditch the story mode. No one cares why Sonic and pals are racing. Ever since Diddy Kong Racing companies try to distinguish themselves from Mario Kart by putting a story mode in racing games and it's pointless. None of us played Sonic Riders to listen to the stupid story about the Babylon Rouges nor did we need them. But then you have the fans that had a fit because Shadow, Cream, and the other unlockables of the first weren't part of the story
But if they make a Riders 3, the only way I'll give a damn is if it has a decent online mode. Let's face it, Riders is not exactly "pick up and play." The fact they left online pvp out of the sequel was stupid of Sega.

I liked the first one, but Zero Gravity erm.... I think theres hardly any difference between the characters and the gears
Hey not all "fan boys" or "die hard fans" hate the idea of Sonic back at his roots. My favorite characters(2nd to Sonic) are Shadow, Omega, Espio and Emearl(he was only in one game/story but I liked Emearl that much) and I would love to see Sonic the hedgehog and Knuckles 4 with no story or words just quick old time play. Get from point A to point B as fast as possible while trying to spin attack robots and rescue little critters.
Sonic Heroes 2 cause they had a good place to continue.(Shadow and Omega pick up Metal Sonic and look at each other.)

while I love Heroes, I think it isn't a very good idea to create a sequel. It is just one of those games that would work once
