Ok as you all know I am not heavily into the comics. Though I've read a few of them and now issue #250 is on shelves and how did the series celebrate? Well we're into the Sonic/Mega Man crossover story and this is the big spectacular robot vs. anthro fight. Seriously even if you haven't read much of the series up to this, pick it up because it's everything you want from a Mega Man and Sonic crossover battle.
Oh yeah. *Spoilers and such*
Mega Man, Rush, Proto-Man, Sonic, Silver, Shadow, Amy, Tails, Blaze, Knuckles, Espio, Charmy, Vector, and Omega vs. pretty much all the Dr. Wily Robots from Mega Man's 2-10 and a robotized Rouge (who gets changed back mid battle). It is a shame they didn't have the original six then Mega Man says how he's happy he didn't have to fight his brothers again.
Espio vs. Shadow Man- being honorable ninjas
Vector ripping Snake Man to shreds
Charmy getting chased by Hornet Man's swarm "aren't we like distant cousins or something?"
Blaze destroying all the fire based robots in one fiery explosion (win!!!)
Amy getting to fight Splash Woman,
Sonic racing all the "fast" robot masters- Quick Man, Turbo Man, etc.
Oh and Mega Man can apparently use the powers of Sonic and friends like Amy's hammer and Sonic's spindash combined with his Mega Man's Mega buster can turn those who were robotized back to normal. That's how they save Rouge.
An extremely funny moment comes from the "Wily Egg" (ok guys you're just making it up as you go) where Eggman and Wily have Dr. Light captured and sic Met and Motobug on Dr. Light only to have the two crash into each other and start fighting, while Light walks away like a Boss to the other side of his cell to try to reason. Metal Sonic, Bass and Treble are there as opposed to being in the massive fight. I don't know why.
So it's worth picking up just for the massive robot fight.
