Levels are mostly doable, but will require practice. There is a lot you have to get right in sequence within a time limit, and not much of margin for error if you want to unlock everything. Game is a ton of fun though if you put the time in to it.
I assume we are talking about the first Stuntman game on PS2? That game was so fun and despite if you screw up the first time, just try again until you get it right is what I like about the game.
Stuntman is most fun when playing with a friend. It's not split-screen or two player in the programmed sense, more "have a run then pass the controller". When it gets potentially frustrating, it's great to just let someone else have a go so you can see what they may do differently (and cool down). Some games -both good and bad- are a lot more fun if you play hotseat with them. Task-based driving games are perfect for it.
