Favorite System of your child hood

So everyone! What is your favorite system of your child hood?

Mine personally was the Super Nintendo, Mainly because I enjoy RPG's, and that was the golden age of RPG's. You got titles like Lufia & the Fortress of Doom, Final Fantasy IV, V, VI, Paladins Quest, Breath of Fire I & II, And much more! Plus even some of the greatest platform games like Castlevania, Black Thorn and Super Metroid! If you haven't tried any of those titles from the snes era, I strongly suggest that you do! If you never had a chance to own a snes, go find one somewhere and plug it up. you will not be disappointed, unless your all in for graphics, then perhaps you might be ;)

For consoles, my favorite childhood system was the Genesis - really so many great games on there, and a lot of funky weird stuff that is still fun to this day (Toe Jam and Earl, anyone? Ecco?)

In the order in which I got them, SNES -> Playstation -> Xbox, 3 way tie.

It changed over the years. First it was SNES, then N64 when that came out, then Playstation when I got into JRPGs, then PS2/Gamecube tie.

My favorite was the N64. It was a console that amazed me with it's revolutionary games and also provided endless amounts of fun and laughs for my friends and I with all of the great multiplayer games that it had.

In this order of my favorite childhood gaming systems:

1. SNES
2. PlayStation
3. Nintendo 64
4. PlayStation

I still dust off my old consoles and play on them when I'm feeling nostalgic!

If I had to pick my fave systems, it would be (in no order):

• Sega Genesis
• Sega Dreamcast
• Nintendo
• Playstation
• Gameboy

ARCADE !!!

Playstation
SNES
PC
N64

Also Chakan was awsome.

Ps1 for sure. Bought a ps1 last week and the games are as great as they were back then.

The SNES!!
I loved the legend of Zelda : Link to the past, far far too much!
i skipped n64/gamecube/dreamcast and went straight onto ps1 because i was that in love with the SNES nothing else mattered ha!
Still have my original to this day and i still play it :D

The Amiga.

I also loved the Spectrum(48k) and the Mega Drive,but nothing has ever come close to the Amiga for me.

The Nintendo Wii!
