Hey everyone, been a long time since I've posted here, so anyways... I'm getting into retro gaming, and started off with the original PS1 console and was able to also find a CIB version of Lunar silver story complete. The game shop I got them from also had an adapter they sold me to make it work on my 4k HDtv, it's a Nuscope Armor 3 AV to HDMI adapter, however, regardless if set to 1080p or 720p, the video of the game is almost unplayable, it's so fuzzy, text is hard to read, and also there is a humming coming through the sound. So I want to see other better options if available short of getting a CRT tv.

Thanks in advance!

Hmm... Depending on whether your HDTV is compatible with the OSSC (open source scan converter) or not, the Playstation might just run the best with this device, which can multiply 240p (most PS1 games' display) by a factor of 5 into 1200p (or the 1080p format). It needs only a generic SCART RGB connection. Try it out!
