Poll Will there be a trump biden debate at all? (23 votes)

Yes, biden will debate trump at some point. 61%
No, he will do whatever he can to dodge it and succeed in doing so. 30%
No opinion about it 0%
Undecided. 9%

We all know democrats got the media in the pocket so they can spin whatever fairy tale story they can come up with if he doesn't want to debate trump. The question is however will he debate trump or not.

I am not so sure anymore about it. It seems like every single debate or gathering biden shows up to he loses it badly or simple embarases himself to the point it could potentional damage his vote outcome.

Only if they can somehow get it classified as a peaceful protest so Covid won't spread at it.

No, the left is terrified of having Biden debate Trump as his mental faculties clearly are not all there. If they do, they'll make some excuse to do it online so Biden doesn't have to leave his basement and someone can feed him responses through his teleprompter.

I mean, he has to, right? Presidential debates are an election season tradition.

Man, it’s gonna be good though. I hope the two are in one room so Biden can’t cheat with a teleprompter and earbuds in his basement like he’s already done in interviews.

You'd think so, but they'll find some stupid excuse, and the left will cling to that.

There is one scheduled on the 29th, so yes. Almost certainly.

Edit: Fixed the date. It is the 30th in Central European Time. 29th in For Biden and Trump.

I hope they cancel the debates, nothing is to be gained from it.

Yeah, there will be 3 debates. But if you really need a debate to help you decide between Trump or Biden you are a complete moron. This is the most divisive choice in modern history.

That would be the Democrat's best hope, keep Biden hidden away from any tough questioning.

@Stevo_the_gamer: I agree, Biden is just going to embarrass himself. He'll probably end up drooling on the podium and muttering to himself, "where am I?"

Yup.

Biden also has a tendency to get a bit snappy, and Trump could troll the hell out of him and get Biden all flustered.

@mrbojangles25: Biden can get comfortable though and play things off cool with the great smile. But it may make him appear aloof if his... Well, statements, are "disconnected." If he keeps it classy, then Trump's strategy could appear like his usual mantra - boorish and crass. Rallies his base though.

@mrbojangles25: No, not at all. It could be even worse. I love these low Biden expectations.

trump and the right set the bar too low for the debates. Hard to believe that Trump thought this was a winning strategy.

the losing side always wants more debates, more chances to appeal to the public, which is why you see stuff like joe rogan being a moderator thrown around.

I'm expecting the goalposts to move from "Biden doesn't know where he is and has dementia" to "the debates are rigged because Biden had good answers and Trump did his usual nonsense."
