To sum up some of those fact check sources regarding this event:

A. The prosecutor wasn't investigating the company. If anyone wanted a corrupt prosecutor in Ukraine, they would not not work to fire Shokin, who was so corrupt people were marching the streets of Kiev to get him ousted.

B. The European Central Bank, The International Monitary Fund, the European Union, UK and the U.S. all worked to get Shokin fired. Corruption was not investigated in Ukraine under his tenure.

Biden was proud of having him ousted because the guy was corrupt and everyone wanted him ousted. The issue was he WASN'T investigating what he was supposed to.

But this is all deflection. If you wanted to investigate (aka fabricate allegations, in Trump's case) Biden you do it legally. What we saw through the rough transcript and report were deeply concerning.
